The largest brokerage in Missouri and Kansas is expanding its territory into St. Louis through a rebrand.

The ReeceNichols branding will take over a top-selling St. Louis brokerage, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Alliance Real Estate, this fall. No other changes will occur.

The BHHS office sold $795 million in sales volume last year with 1,895 homes sold, according to the company. ReeceNichols has nearly 3,000 agents and 48 branch and franchise offices throughout Missouri and Kansas, and was founded in the Kansas City region in 1905.

According to the brokerage, ReeceNichols and BHHS produced $6.1 billion in sales volume combined last year.

The branding will impact BHHS’s six St. Louis-area offices in Missouri: Chesterfield, Clayton, Fenton, Festus, Saint Charles and Washington.

Both brokerages fall under the HomeServices of America parent company. BHHS Alliance joined HomeServices of America.

“ReeceNichols has been Missouri’s most trusted name in real estate for decades, and we’re thrilled to officially bring that legacy to St. Louis,” said Mike Frazier, president and CEO of ReeceNichols, in a statement. “This rebrand is about delivering even more value to consumers through local expertise, powerful national and global resources and a name they can count on at every step of the journey.”

According to the Kansas City Business Journal, ReeceNichols is the top-selling brokerage in Kansas City with a median local closing price of $377,500 and $4.8 billion in local sales.
