Phoenix homebuyers in the market for a new upscale home on a larger lot have a new option in Toll Brothers' latest Arizona development in Stonegate Court.
The homebuilder is holding a grand opening event on June 21 at its model home at 4229 S. Quinn Ave. in Gilbert. The 22-lot community is located in Gilbert's Higley neighborhood.
Stonegate Court features three single-level floor plans that start at $1.38 million and go up to about $1.55 million. These home sites are built on 15,000-square-foot-plus lots and range in size from 3,466 to 4,126 square feet. Customized to buyer preferences, features include living suites, courtyards, wine rooms, outdoor fireplaces and more. Stonegate Court has community amenities like green space, outdoor seating areas and a multisport court.
Bob Flaherty, group president of Toll Brothers in Arizona, said the builder was attracted to the Higley neighborhood because of its "intimate setting" in the heart of Gilbert and proximity to commuter routes, shopping, dining and outdoor recreation.
About 74% of Gilbert's residents are homeowners, according to the U.S. Census. Homes.com data found the median sales price in Gilbert to be $591,500.
“The newly opened Markham model home exemplifies the exceptional luxury designs that Toll Brothers offers at Stonegate Court, providing home shoppers with a first-hand look at the sophisticated features and finishes that define Toll Brothers homes,” Flaherty, said in a statement.
Flaherty added that homes were initially made available for purchase in May 2024. Roughly half of the 22 lots are spoken for to date, he said.
The first home within the community is scheduled to be completed in August.
Flaherty said Toll Brothers is anticipating additional openings later this year, including two in the nearby San Tan Valley. Toll Brothers at Ladera Trails is a gated community that's set to open this summer with two model homes. Prices are anticipated to be in the mid $800,000 range. Preseve at San Tan will offer three floor plans that have a starting range from $450,000 up to $600,000. Three model homes are expected to open this fall.
Toll Brothers at HighPoint will bring another batch of luxury homes to north Scottsdale. Prices are anticipated to start around $1.9 million, and Toll Brothers anticipates homes will open for sale later this summer.
