Toll Brothers is adding new luxury home options for a Scottsdale community.

The Pennsylvania-based builder opened Toll Brothers at Storyrock — an 81-home community in Scottsdale's Dynamite Foothills neighborhood.

Prices start at approximately $1.95 million.

Dynamite Foothills is one of the most expensive neighborhoods across Phoenix, with nearly 60% of homes valued at $2.3 million or more. The average home value of $1.97 million is well above the Phoenix metro's mark of $571,306 as of October, according to Homes.com data.

Toll Brothers' 81 homes in Storyrock will be built across two collections, Canyon and Overlook. The homes will range in size from 3,665 to over 5,000 square feet.

Overlook, the larger of the two collections, offers homes with three to five bedrooms, three-and-a-half to five-and-a-half bathrooms, and garages that can accommodate up to eight cars. Prices for homes in the Overlook collection start at $2.37 million.

"With large home sites, unique architectural designs, unrivaled personalization options, and unparalleled views, this community is the epitome of luxury living in Scottsdale,” said Bob Flaherty, group president of Toll Brothers in Arizona, in a statement.

Toll Brothers adds to its Arizona housing development

This is the builder's first community in Storyrock, but it has a presence directly across the street at Sereno Canyon.

Storyrock is a 462-acre upscale master-planned development that has drawn builders such as David Weekley Homes and Shea Homes. Toll Brothers' new community will be the final phase of homes offered within Storyrock, according to a news release.

Earlier this year, Scottsdale's planning commission gave the green light for Ranch Gate 40 — a 32-lot community planned near the Storyrock development.

Elsewhere in Arizona, Toll Brothers recently opened sales at a 30-home community in Sedona. In July, it started construction on a 93-lot luxury community called Ladera Trails in San Tan Valley near Phoenix. That came a month after Toll Brothers opened Stonegate Court — a 22-lot luxury community in nearby Gilbert.

Toll Brothers ranked as the nation's 10th largest homebuilder based on 10,813 total closings in 2024, according to Builder Magazine.
