* Walkscore on the internet gives the neighborhood an 89 on neighborhood is walkable - meaning everything you need is in walking distance - post office, pubs, food, restaurants, stores, lane splitters, public transit, etc.
* Walkscore on theinternet gives it a 99 when it comes to biker friendly.
* walkscore on the internet gives it a 62 with public transit (which is surprising because there are major AC transit lines within a couple blocks (72, 73, 52, 51 which go to UC, Oakland, Commute to SF, etc) and it is .7 miles from BART.
