Unit 2 - Yard, Small Back Deck off of kitchen, off street parking off of alley. There is a park across the street. There is NO Dishwasher or laundry on site. Smoke Free-Party Free Unit - all smoking must be a minimum of 25 feet from the buildings. $35 processing fee per applicant. Pets welcome with non-refundable pet fee plus monthly pet rent per pet. Please note, cats do not need to be declawed. Older pets not used to being kenneled, do not need to be kenneled nor do they need to be fixed. Our residents have excellent credit, background check, rental history and verification of income of 2 1/2 to 3 times the monthly rent. Our student residents provide a parent/guardian guarantee of rent.
