If you have any knowledge of older homes, this one does not disappoint. Built in a different time. Nothing's perfect. Nothing lines up just exactly but solid as solid can be! You will not go over to a cookie cutter neighborhood and get the charm that this house offers! The Living room has an old fireplace with a mantle and a built-in bookcase. The floors are newly installed luxury vinyl plank, fresh paint and newer windows. You will notice as you view the home the rooms are very spacious for a smaller house it's not cramped. Extra space on each corner is the perfect spot for your cooking necessities. You want to be disappointed, the entire room has new luxury vinyl plank flooring. The laundry room is just off the kitchen with plenty of room to spare, adding additional storage cabinets would be not problem, already had cabinets above the washer and dryer, new luxury vinyl plank in this room as well, great flooring 100% waterproof and tough as nails. Step off back on to a really nice deck looking out into a meadow like backyard feels SO GOOD. The drive goes all the way around the house if you want to park in the back and enter through the backdoor entire new HVAC installed in 2018. Roof is great shape an inspected and all screws resiliconed. House was just rewired from the exterior new panel box. New meter and approved by Duke energy! All plumbing has been inspected and in in great shape! The floors do have some slope but a foundation specialist has signed off as well as well as a crawl space inspector. This place has been gone over with the phone tooth comb, even doors that scrubbed Latches that didn't latch all taken care of.
