We had a great time buying our house with Aaron back in 2020. It was at the beginning of COVID and seeing houses are very hard. We need to make appointments and follow all protocols.

Arron was responsive and helped us with the insight when we went to see houses. He was on time and visited many houses with us before made an offer to our current house. The whole experience was very smooth and professional. We were able to win the bid and move in later in 2020. We have been loving our house since!

Arron did above and beyond on helping us even after we moved in. He helped us find the right person to improve our house. He also helped on our moving day and took the fridge we no longer want.

He sent us card and texts during holidays, which is super nice of him. I would recommend him to anyone and if I decide to buy/sell later, he will be my first choice.

I want to share my/our experience with Aaron Schubbe of the Sereno Group during the recent purchase of our home. Aaron is great! He helped my husband and I find our new home. He drove us around and introduced us to the neighborhoods and was very knowledgeable about seemingly every area we went to. He pointed out not only the good things but also the downsides and things we had not considered about every place. It always felt like he was trying to help us find the right place for us and not just trying to sell us a house.

I have a busy schedule and was out of the country through most of the negotiations. He seemed to always be available and immediately accessible at any time of day or night. He made my husband and I feel as if we were his only clients. (I know we were not.)

I would definitely recommend Aaron for anyone buying a home.

Aaron was a great realtor and made the home buying experience smooth and painless for a first time home buyer. He was always available, seemingly any time of day and helped us answer questions every step of the way. Aaron was able to bring an experience and knowledge of the area that we did not have which helped us choose the right home in the right place. He has a ton of contacts to help with the process from bankers to movers to cleaners and contractors. Even after the transaction, Aaron has been super helpful making sure everything went smoothly during the move. Highly recommended and super happy with the service we got.

I worked with Aaron on selling my townhome in San Jose. Much of our interaction was over the phone as my family and I moved out of state. To boot, we found out that our HOA has a pending litigation with the builder (standard procedure as the builder warranty was about to expire), which brought about tons of complexities.

Despite all of this, Aaron worked through all of the problems in a calm professional manner. He made sure to call me once a day to keep me informed on the progress, everything from how well the open house was proceeding to providing me a status update on the seller's mortgage approval situation. He was always available in a timely manner.

Things got really tough when the seller's agent made a mistake and the mortgage underwriter was struggling with approving their loans. Aaron stepped in and provided the documentation and context needed for the mortgage to go through. Not only did it help me sell the home in time but it also helped the seller get their mortgage at their preferred rate!

Bay area is a hot market for the foreseeable future and there are tons of agents focused on making fast buck. Aaron, instead, demonstrated integrity, calm and attention to detail that made me feel he really did have my best interest at heart.

Aaron is a fantastic realtor. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone buying a house. He listened carefully to our needs, and managed to find properties for us, even in a very volatile market. He is exceptionally detailed in his property walkthroughs with us, but as importantly, he has outstanding perspective and visualization on the aesthetics of how the house would look with our furniture. When it came time for offers, he had a very pragmatic approach that helped us get our offer accepted. Our transaction was part of a three buyer chain (we were the last), and when the problems came, he worked tirelessly through them with us, with a low key, positive attitude. He is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. He absolutely earned my business, and I'm sure he would do the same for you.

Aaron was amazing. He really listened to what we wanted and over a few weeks knew exactly what we were looking for. He pointed out things we didn't notice in each house to make sure we would be happy in the long run. Aaron wasn't just out for a sale but really wanted us to be in something that fit our personality. In the end we purchased a house that was over 100k under our budget. He could have easily pushed us to spend at our top to make more money but that wasn't what it was about for him.
