Started with him mid July looking for a house and we were getting out bid for the longest. As soon as a house popped up he would send us a listing and with no hesitation he would meet us at the property. We are happy with his attentiveness and dedication. We closed our house today. Thank you!!!

We were in the market for a new home and Adrian came very well recommended, decided to choose him to help us find our new home, Adrian met all our expectations and surpassed them, he addressed our needs and preferences, he quickly provided a extensive list of homes, we quickly found the home in that list we choose to purchase after viewing , the buying process was easy as Adrian assisted and worked closely with the lender company to complete the process. he’s straight forward hassle free and i highly recommend him!

Adrian helped us sell a manufactured home in Modesto. He is very knowledgeable, helpfull, and was always available to answer any questions we had. It was a difficult sale and it took almost a year but Adrian stayed positive the entire time and in the end we walked away as happy sellers. It was a pleasure working with him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing realtor in the area.
