Afsaneh Rahmani

I started my Real Estate career in 2004 after owning and operating a very successful garment manufacturing business for 18 years. I Joined Re/max Estate Properties in 2005, and since then I have been passionately working with sellers and buyers in the field I truly enjoy, and the company I respect.

By education I have an MBA with emphasis on finance from Central Michigan University, and a bachelor's degree in business with emphasis in marketing.

Buying and selling a property is a process that requires an in-depth knowledge about the market, available financing, each cities specific requirements, and having a great team of professionals involved in each transaction. I educate my clients about the market trend and spend as much time as it takes to make sure they invest in a property that works to their best interest. Customer service and client satisfaction are the first 2 priorities in my list of daily tasks and it is the key for my success in this field. My most special and rewarding moment of the process of buying and selling a home is handing the keys to a HAPPY buyer, specially if it's their first home.

I have lived in South Bay since 1989, and have 2 children who attended high ranking elementary, middle and high schools in Palos Verdes School District. Living in PV and South Bay for all these years, has helped me develop an in-depth knowledge about Real Estate, Schools,Community and local businesses in our gorgeous peninsula and many beautiful surrounding cities.
