About Phil

Phil moved to Durango in 1996 after traveling to the area for business and pleasure on numerous occasions. He has been involved with outdoor sports industries since the age of 20 and is the most experienced (21 years and counting at Purgatory) and successful broker in the North County resort area.
After visiting most of the top resorts in the West, he believes that "Durango and Purgatory Resort offer wonderful opportunities for new buyers. The town of Durango has one of the greatest communities you could ever imagine, while Purgatory Resort offers terrific ways for people to connect with the community and tap into an incredible array of outdoor recreation here in Southwest Colorado."

Phil loves collaborating with clients to help them realize their dreams of owning either a mountain getaway or primary residence here in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Phil loves to design all the homes he and Bridget have built together including one of the most successful spec homes here at Purgatory thus far. He and his wife own various properties including vacation rentals and he is a firm believer that real estate is a great long-term investment.

Phil and his wife Bridget, along with their dogs Shasta and Mac, work hard to make sure they always fit their outdoor pursuits into their busy schedules.
