As the leasing agent for my rental house Aimee was organized, professional and a pleasure to work with! She took photos of the house, created a super attractive listing highlighting the features of the property and found the perfect tenant. Aimee handled all the paperwork both when the tenant moved in and when he moved out. She was available to explain provisions in the lease when questions came up during the renter's tenancy. Aimee took all the stress out of renting my house.

My husband and I recently bought our first home with the help of Aimee and we couldn't be happier. I honestly couldn't imagine it happening without her. Her extensive knowledge of housing market here was so helpful, especially when buying a home during an historic pandemic. We felt so safe and supported. And despite Aimee's professionalism and punctuality, she also makes you feel like you have a family member on your side. She is always advocating, always caring, and always there for you.

Working w/ Aimee to find our new home was awesome. She worked hard to understand our needs and was super responsive to any inquiries we had as well as proactively getting us into the showings we wanted.

We feel so lucky to have been connected with Aimee! Not only did she help us secure our dream home, she was incredibly helpful walking us step by step through the entire process. We felt that she had our best interest in mind and always made herself available to answer all our questions and address our concerns. Buying a house can be stressful, but she was so much fun to work with that the process was much more enjoyable than our past experience buying a house. After all the paperwork was signed and we closed (woohoo!), Aimee sent us a sweet congrats along with all the documents organized very neatly for our files. In a city with "slick" wheelers and dealers, it felt special to have the very kind and thoughtful Aimee on our side!
