We moved from VA to OH and Aimee helped us at every step! We moved here with very little notice and the market was very much a seller's market which made it all the more difficult for a buyer. Because of this, we rented for a while and over the next 8 months or so, Aimee (& sometimes her wonderful colleagues) would show us countless homes. She helped us place offers and walked us through houses with helpful comments and insight. She answered all our questions, no matter how "silly" they seemed and tried to make every request of ours happen. She's kind and loving and has helped us with referrals for other services that will help us when we move into our new home. I would highly recommend Aimee!

Aimee Minda is fantastic at what she does! She always made us feel like we were a top priority. She worked at our pace and never pushed us to make decisions.

My husband and I are first time homebuyers and she walked us through every step. We had to buy remotely but Aimee made it a very easy experience. Day one, we met with Aimee over FaceTime and she sent us potential homes. Day two, she FaceTimed us to show us the homes we liked. She was meticulous! She zoomed in on floors, mentioned any smells, any flaws that might not show up well on FaceTime, it was obvious that she takes this process very seriously. We put in a offer on a home on day two and Aimee has been a text away everyday since.

I would recommend her to anyone. Don’t wait to contact her!

We were referred to Aimee by our local realtor in Texas in a panic and that same night Aimee reached out to us, got us pre-approved, and we were looking at houses the next day. By day 2 we put in an offer on a home with multiple offers and WON! Aimee was a God send and she was very experienced and prepared in this crazy market. Aimee has been amazing! Living in Alaska and owning a home Ohio seemed like it was going to be difficult to sell our home. She made the process super easy. We received an offer on our home in one day after listing and we were able to close on it 3 weeks later with huge profits. Legit the easiest thing ever. Aimee helped us with selling and buying our next home.
We interviewed several realtors about selling our home, Aimee was the only one that was enthusiastic about selling it for top dollar! She guided us through the process, we did a few cosmetic updates, she provided a stager to help with arranging our home, pictures that were taken were excellent. Our home was posted on a Wednesday and sold by Sunday over our asking price!

Looking for our next house was just as pleasant. Aimee is an excellent communicator! If we saw a house we were interested in she booked us a time the same day to see it. We ended up walking through more than 10 homes and Aimee was understanding the entire time and knew we just wanted to find the right home for us.
