Alana did a great job getting our house quickly sold for a good price in a really challenging market. We listed late in the fall while interest rates were rising and demand had slowed to a trickle. The photographers she works with are fantastic and she was super helpful and communicative when we had to navigate showings along with getting our 1 year old out the door (avoid this situation if you can, haha!). When it came time for negotiations, Alana represented us well and helped find solution for both us and the buyers, which was at times challenging.

Alana was great to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable and always available. We lost track of the amount of times that Alana offered to go above and beyond for us. Our sale was not an easy lay-up and Alana handled it with extreme professionalism and became a true friend to us in the process. She was always quick with a contractor referral and made a point to recommend local small businesses. She is great to work with and we will forever recommend her to friends and family!

Alana was a remarkable real estate agent. She was always prepared, punctual and knowledgable about the properties. I felt like I was in good hands on logistics and her professional knowledge of offers, counteroffers and the experience of buying a home. Alana in my opinion is one of the best real estate agents in the front range.

She’s a good guide through the whole process of real estate whether you’re a first time homeowner or looking for an investment property. My husband and I first met Alana a little over a year ago - and since then, she has helped us to find our new home AND sell our old house.

From the beginning of our buying journey, she was a dream to work with - straightforward and kind, but best of all she really listened to what we were looking for! Though we were combing new listings ourselves every morning, the property that we finally purchased was one we’d passed over as “not our style.” It was only at Alana’s urging that we went to take a look - and it immediately felt right! We are now settled in what feels like our forever home and couldn’t be happier.

When it came time to find new owners for our old house, we had quite a bit of anxiety (having never been through the selling process before). Alana once again came to the rescue and made the whole process EASY. Cleaning, staging, photography, and showings were a breeze and we had a buyer right away. Who knew such a complicated process could go so smoothly?

Buying a home in Northern Colorado currently is a tough haul. But Alana was there every step of the way. She was always available to jump on a listing and put together a great offer. She’s a tough negotiator when you need one. I also sold a property at the same time and she was able to get me an accepted offer the first weekend it was listed. She’s someone you want on your team during the buying/selling process.
