Albert Garcia is a Long Beach native with over 10 years of experience in real estate, specializing in Long Beach and the surrounding areas. A proud graduate of Long Beach Wilson High School, Albert was part of the historic 4-time CIF Champion men's water polo team — the first team to accomplish this feat.
After high school, Albert earned a scholarship to UCLA, where his teams won two NCAA championships. He also graduated with a Bachelor's degree in History.
In 2007, Albert transitioned into coaching, joining PV Peninsula High School as the coach for both the boys' and girls' water polo teams. Under his leadership, the girls' team won a CIF championship in 2016. Coaching was one of the most fulfilling chapters of Albert's life, as it allowed him to mentor young athletes and instill values of responsibility, hard work, and teamwork.
After a decade in coaching, Albert made the transition to real estate, where he has thrived helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their property goals. He’s particularly passionate about guiding clients through one of the biggest milestones of their lives—homeownership. As Albert says, “There’s nothing that brings me more happiness than handing over the keys to a client's new home. For many, it’s years of saving, and being part of that journey is truly rewarding.”
In the last four years, Albert has expanded his expertise into real estate investment, successfully securing properties for clients across Southern California. He has completed 8 remodeling and home-flipping projects to date. Albert enjoys the challenge and creativity involved in transforming properties to match his clients' visions.
Albert is thrilled to be joining Y Realty, a company he believes in, and is eager to elevate his business to new heights with the support and resources it offers.
