My wife and I had the privilege of working with Ale while selling our Los Angeles home in March. I accepted a new position in Chicago that required our family to relocate within a month or so of accepting the position. Ale gave us total and complete peace of mind and confidence through the entire process from start to finish.

Her network of services were very impressive as she got multiple quotes within her network for painting and cleaning services. She also got multiple quotes from different staging companies that are in her network ensuring that we got the best services at the best price. In addition, after the house was painted, cleaned and staged, she had professional photos taken, including exterior drone shots both during the day as well as at sunset, that were absolutely fantastic!!

Throughout the entire process, Ale did a fantastic job of presenting all of the information, giving her professional opinion all while letting us know that she supported any decision we made. I can’t begin to express how appreciative we were to have such a competent realtor that was in constant communication with us at all stages in the process of selling and gave us full assurance that things were getting taken care of, all while we were literally hundreds of miles away from the actual process. Ale was able to market our home in a very short time, set up a realtor showing, 2 open houses and secure multiple offers over asking price in under a week!!

On top of all of this, Ale yet again went above and beyond and used her national network of real estate professionals, vetted out, made phone calls and set us up with a real estate agent in Chicago whom we used to purchase our Chicago home and had a great buying experience with as well.

As a final testament to who Ale is as a person and professional, my wife and I recommended her to a number of friends/colleagues in the Los Angeles area who were looking to purchase a home and they all had nothing but glowing reviews in their home buying process while utilizing Ale’s expertise.
