Alex grew up between multiple metropolitan cities, calling Singapore, Hong Kong, London, and Los Angeles home for the last decade. He began his real estate career at a boutique private equity firm, assisting real estate operators and developers in raising capital for their projects. At the same time, in 2011, Alex began investing to properties in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills.
In 2013 Alex co-founded Harlow Partners with his father, an investment banker, and his mother, an interior designer. Since then, they have built a sizable portfolio in the luxury space and they focuses on representing the team on all acquisitions, sales, and market due diligence. In addition, we formed a property management company serving clients and their luxury homes across Southern California and continue to build upon this business today.
Alex believes his background provides a unique perspective and differentiated approach when representing his clients on the purchase or sale of their home or investment property. Having been through the process numerous times, Alex has empathy when things don’t go as planned – and they never do – but his team and he are able to find solutions and provide advice with our client’s best interests truly at heart. Alex is proudly part of what, in 2017, Forbes has ranked as the #1 luxury team in Los Angeles and the fifth largest by sales volume in the United States, having closed $420 million in 2017-18 alone.
