Alex Schuman

Alex Schuman serves as the Co-Founder and President of Schuman Companies, where he is responsible for overall strategic planning, investor relations, and strategic financial management and serves as a licensed managing broker. His primary responsibility includes providing daily operational leadership, managing professional partners and clients, and identifying/evaluating investment and development opportunities for Schuman Companies and its affiliates. Alex has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry ranging in property management, custom home building, and multifamily development. He has co-founded and operates affiliated businesses in each of the real estate sectors mentioned. Alex is a candidate for CCIM and CPM designations, the Ph.D. of real estate accolades. Alex received a Bachelor’s in Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University. He values family and friendships enjoys participating in competitive horseback riding and roping and has many achievements in that field.
