Alex Villa

After first visiting Colorado in 2015, Alex instantly fell in love with all that it has to offer from its vibrant cities to amazing people and breathtaking mountains. He kept visiting and finally decided to call RiNo Art District his home in 2017.


People are Alex’s passion! He has always enjoyed helping others both personally and professionally. As a firefighter for three years in Illinois, he worked side-by-side with a team of highly motivated individuals working toward a common goal. He is naturally able to utilize the skills he has mastered in fire service to real estate: clear communication, active listening, attention to detail, and execution.


Whether it is your first home or forever home, Alex is excited to work with you and your family during one of the biggest decisions you will make. He is proud to be a Coloradan and would be honored to help you with any of your real estate needs.


In his spare time, you can find Alex fishing or hiking, seeing live music or comedy, or grabbing a bite at an excellent restaurant in Denver.
