Originally employed as a real estate agent in 1977 in Newport Beach, California, Alice’s office specialized in office leasing and property management in the OC airport area. She transferred to Houston, Texas, in 1980 to head up the leasing and management of 500,000 square feet of newly acquired office buildings located throughout greater Houston.
Returning to California, Alice formed her own real estate brokerage company in 1982 based in Signal Hill, focusing on the light industrial market. She still manages one of those properties, thirty years later. She continues to manage industrial, office, and residential properties in Signal Hill, Belmont Shore, Seal Beach, and Los Alamitos. Although no longer actively seeking additional management properties, her longevity with the various property owners speaks to her stability and integrity.
As a resident of Seal Beach for the past 22 years, and a resident of Belmont Shore for the five years immediately preceding that, she loves this little beach town as well as its surrounding communities. She has owned two businesses in Seal Beach and has owned a home here for the past 18 years. This is truly home to her, and she plans to stay.
Alice is now turning her focus and expertise to the homes of Seal Beach, Los Alamitos, Belmont Shore, Belmont Heights, Sunset Beach, Surfside, and parts of Huntington Beach.
