An was extremely helpful and was very kind to us throughout the entire process. She spent a significant amount of time helping to familiarize us with the different cities in the area since we are new to Idaho. She wanted to make sure we felt confident in the city that we purchased a home in, taking into account work commutes, etc. She helped us fight to get the house that we fell in love with and she made the entire process sooooo easy for us! I highly recommend using her for the sale or purchase of your home.

Not only did she help us find our forever home but was excellent at getting us into our home. I would highly recommend working with her. My husband and I are SO glad we chose An as our realtor. She really impressed us!! She was incredibly detailed and informative during all phases of our home purchase. She listened to what we wanted and consistently found matches to the kind of house we were looking for. She made it easy to narrow it down to the perfect house! She did all the research for us, and stayed on top of everything. During escrow, she was always a step ahead, getting everything done on point and communicating everything with us. I felt like An made the whole house buying process really easy for us. She is so good at it, so knowledgable, so hard working, and she really cares about her clients. An Grace is amazing! I’ve worked with her twice now—once as the buyer and again as the seller, all in the San Diego, CA area. Yes, she’s licensed in both Idaho & California. During both transactions, An was professional, knowledgeable and responsive. An went above & beyond by preparing a seller’s packet outlining the process, tips for staging & comps of my area. She priced it so perfectly that it garnered a ton of views on house listing apps deeming it a hot one! Open house was supposed to be a two-day weekend affair, but after just one day, multiple offers were submitted. My home sold for above asking right before coronavirus restrictions and was the highest sale in the neighborhood. I closed quickly and moved right before Stay at Home orders. Talk about an impeccable plan of action. Without any hesitation, I’d recommend An Grace to guide you through your home selling or buying! Five Stars!
