Andrew Halpern

Andrew J. Halpern has over 25 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. Andrew began his residential career in the 1980's with the nationwide Real Estate firm of Grubb & Ellis, who was later acquired by Fox & Carskadon. After the acquisition of Fox & Carskadon by Coldwell Banker in 1995 the office relocated to its current San Francisco location at 1801 Lombard Street.

Well aware of the challenging aspects of a real estate transaction, Andrew works closely with his clients to assure them of the highest level of personalized service. His personal approach and manner, coupled with attention to detail have enabled him to develop a broad spectrum of satisfied clients. Over the years his business has expanded with repeat clients who consistently refer their family, friends, and business associates.

Andrew has received the International Top Producer designation every year of his residential career. He represents clients of single family homes, condominiums, multi-family units, apartment buildings, and commercial properties. His high level of market knowledge, level of professionalism, ethics and integrity has earned him high esteem and recognition throughout the real estate industry.

Andrew has resided in San Francisco since 1976 and has developed an extensive knowledge and first hand experience in the remodeling and the developing of properties. He is also active in the community and has served on the Board of Directors of numerous San Francisco and Bay Area organizations
