In 2021, joining the Beverly Hills based Aaron Kirman Group (“AKG”) as Executive Directors of Luxury Estates for the SF Valley made the most sense to both SCG and AKG who represent the largest market share of luxury listings in the country with over $2 Billion in active inventory and over $1 Billion in sales for 2021, Andrew and Fran are strategically growing SCG which now includes three additional agents and a staff of three licensed agents including a Director of Marketing, Social Media Manager and an Administrator allowing Andrew and Fran to handle what they do best including pricing, negotiating, and networking with Business Managers, Attorneys, Builders, and other Realtors providing connections for their clients they normally would not have.

Yearly, Andrew and Fran are named one of America’s Best Real Estate Professional Teams by Real Trends as advertised in The Wall Street Journal ranking in the top 1% of more than 1.4 million licensed real estate agents.
