Often times, the amount of paperwork that one has to review and sign when purchasing a home or refinancing a mortgage can seem daunting and overwhelming. What makes one's experience a less stressful one is when you have a realtor and loan officer that you can trust. Anh greeted each and every one of my questions with patience and a warm smile as she guided me through the process. I felt like I was working with a family member instead of someone I've only met a handful of times. I can't imagine ever needing to work with someone else.

My sister-in-law referred me to Anh to help us acquire a residence for my sons.  Anh had previously helped her purchase several investment homes in San Jose, all to her satisfaction. Anh's also a loan officer, she was straightforward, transparent, responsive, and patient.   She explained in detail and answered any concerns we had clearly.
After our refinance, Anh proceeded to help us with finding a home in Milpitas for my sons.  She didn't rush us to buy any house to get the transaction completed.  Some homes listed were short-sales, and she explained that process to us clearly, so we know what to expect in terms of the waiting time and possible increase in sale price.  After several months, my sons got their ideal home for cheaper than the sale price (thanks to her negotiating skill), w In the end, we're all happy

To this day, Anh is still our go-to Real Estate agent and loan officer.  She's honest, knowledgeable about finance, looks out for your interest, responsive, and always enthusiastic about sharing her advice with her clients.  We love that and would highly recommend her

Anh was my real estate agent when I bought my home. I was a first time homebuyer, but she did a wonderful job walking me through each step of the process and making the entire experience a comfortable one. She was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable — and I consider myself very lucky to have found her. Since then, I’ve refinanced that first mortgage three times with Anh without ever running into any issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Anh again in the future.

I’ve owned my home for over 15 years now and over those past years I’ve refied my home 4 times. Anh was not the first agent I’ve worked with for refi, but after meeting her and working with her on my 2nd refi, I didn’t trust anyone else to take care of my file and provide me with the same level of excellent service as she has provided me. With Anh you actually feel like she’s looking out for your best interest. She is transparent , works hard, explains well, and super detailed oriented! She is also highly attentive and very responsive. She takes the time to search and watch to give you the best rates. And if she can’t beat it, she is the first to let you know which is the right choice for you even if it means she takes a loss. I admire her work ethics as she does it with a true passion of helping others and not just for the self gain. This is why she is my #1 agent to go to first when I think refi. I 100% trust that she will be upfront and honest with me. She will take the time to calculate and go over the details as to whether the rate is worth my time and the risks or benefits involved. I only wish all loan agents were like her. In this competitive world, sometimes the value of a trustworthy agent supersedes the small difference in monetary gain. With Anh you will most likely get both. We are thankful to have found her. 5 stars for being a rare find!

I met Van Anh about a decade ago when she helped me buy a house in San Jose. It was not an easy experience for me because I was competing with people who had so much more money and they kept outbidding me and paying all cash. But Van Anh was so patient and diligent. She was quick to respond each time I wanted to see a new posting. Finally after months of disappointments, we successfully bid for my house!
Van Anh was very thorough with her explanations of the loan process and interest rates. This comes from having an engineer's mind from her former career; she's one smart lady! She monitored and gave me updates of interest rates everyday until I locked.
Since that initial purchase, Van Anh has helped me refinanced a few times and I cannot express adequately my gratitude. In fact, I just locked into a very low interest for a refi. Oh, and I love the new high tech secure way of submitting my paperwork online. You don't have to come into her office if you don't want to, which saves a lot of time. I highly recommend Van Anh.

My husband and I worked with Anh on the purchase of our first home. Despite the competitive nature of buying real estate in Silicon Valley, Anh made the process both smooth and painless for us. After viewing several homes over the past 3-4 months, with her help we had our first offer accepted and we ended up with a home that checked all the boxes for us, and then some! Throughout the process she was extremely prompt and responsive, and answered our countless questions patiently and professionally. We are very happy with the outcome and look forward to working with her again.
