AnnMarie represents something that can be difficult to find in any profession or employee: the four A s of consistent Ability, Availability, Amiability, and Attractiveness, plus great organizational skills and a compulsive work ethic, all of which will greatly help selling anything, in our case a 5 bedroom home. As retired physician with genuine “attention deficit disorder,” I very quickly appreciated the fact that I could immediately forget any task suggested by or assigned to her, knowing it would be done. Having experienced a previous realtor who actually chided me for sending a text on a Sunday asking him to call me at his earliest convenience, I welcomed that per AnnMarie’s initial instructions, I could call her anytime night or day and find a cheerful response, most often on the first ring. For a senior citizen like myself, with remedial computer skills, her calm and knowledgeable support with the interminable morass of paperwork involved in selling a house helped me to preserve my sanity during escrow, which by the way was initiated within a week or so of her listing the home! Bottom line: an unambiguous 5 stars for AnnMarie.

AnnMarie was our Realtor and helped us find and buy our first home. She connected with me about 6-8 months before we seriously started the house hunt after I casually texted about a house I saw listed while on a walk. I told her at the time that we weren’t quite ready to buy, but she said “no problem, let me know when you’re ready!” She would occasionally check in and when we were eventually ready, she met with us and we established a quick connection! AnnMarie was always responsive and kind, with a great sense of humor and professionalism. She educated us thoroughly on the home-buying process and answered all 100,000 questions we had. She was very patient and helped us maintain faith in a very competitive market. We had to have looked at 20 or more properties and bid on at least 10 different places. Just when we had resigned ourselves to being renters another year, we saw a home come onto the market on a Friday morning. She met me that afternoon to tour the home and contacted the seller’s realtor to share our excitement about the place. The rest was a whirlwind; we had the keys in-hand in less than a month! AnnMarie helped us get a place under the asking price in a market where properties are easily selling $50,000-100,000 over asking. We could not have had a better experience. AnnMarie is stuck with us now, because she is no longer our Realtor, now she’s a member of our family!

I was referred to AnnMarie Ramirez to sell my condo and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. She went above and beyond to make the entire process as easy as possible.
