I just bought a home and Anthony was simply the BEST. Anthony has been in this business for quite a while and it showed. The level of experience that Anthony brought to the table was critical throughout this deal as we dealt with some significant challenges from a "difficult seller". Anthony was always available and responsive and his frequent communication with myself and the listing agent kept everything moving forward and on schedule.
I've bought and sold quite a few places in my lifetime and Anthony, I'll promise you this... I won't ever buy or sell another home without you at my side and on my team.

Randy was our real estate agent and we are so glad to have work with him! He was professional and proactive with us throughout our home buying process. No matter the time of the day or night, we were able to reach him as he was always available to answer any questions. He promptly responded to texts, phone calls and emails immediately. Throughout the interactions we had with the sellers, lenders and escrow officers, Randy was able to communicate our voice when needed. Most of the time, the home buying process can be very stressful, but Randy definitely helped make things easier for us. Randy provided us with invaluable guidance from the start of our search until closing. He was always available in person or replies to text messages within minutes.

Usually, realtors disappear when escrow opens, but Randy was different. He was our main contact (more than our loan officer) and patiently answered, researched and verified all our questions and requests for help. He was there from beginning to end.

Buying or selling a home can be a challenging process, but if we had to do it all over again, we’d definitely start by calling Randy & Anthony. We are grateful that protecting their clients is of high importance to their company.

Truly cannot say enough about Atwater Properties... they sold our home very quickly, and made the process so smooth and understandable and just plain easy. We had multiple offers and we sold for significantly more than we expected! Our realtor worked with us throughout every step and made it much easier than I anticipated. We were even offered a discounted rate which helped us put even more money in our pockets, and the service was honestly exceptional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Had an exceptional experience with Anthony doing my mortgage. As a first time home owner, I had a ton of questions, like, almost too many haha. He answered very thoroughly and is a consummate professional. He clearly knows real estate, inside and out. Of course I compared rates with different banks and lenders, and he had the best options. We were looking for properties for over 6 months here in Southern California that we could afford. As most people that have been through the process here in SoCal, it's not an easy task. We worked with a really good loan officer with one of the big banks to help get us a property with an FHA loan. The problem was there weren't that many properties in the area we wanted to live in that accepted FHA Loans. The loan officer that we had, had a lot of restrictions and couldn't go outside of his perimeter to get us approved for FHA if the properties weren't approved. We found a property that we really wanted that was not on the FHA list and our loan officer couldn't help us. Fortunately we met Anthony Bartarse, he was the loan officer for the sellers of the property we wanted were using to purchase their new home, which was also listed with Atwater Properties. I was reluctant to leave my loan officer because he was a good guy and I was loyal. Anthony was able to get us approved for an FHA loan for the property. We had a choice to make. Either stay with our guy that we was with for over 6 months and loose the property that we really wanted or go with Anthony who said he could get us into our dream home. We decided to go with Anthony. He was very personable, had a really good heart, answered our calls immediately and he knew how get things done. Any question I had, I would call him at anytime and he would answer them. We got everything in to him in a timely fashion. He was able to get us the pre-approval letter for an FHA in just a couple of days. We were able to secure our loan in less then 30 days. We closed in our before our 45 day deadline!!! We were with him for just over a month and he helped us get the house that we really wanted. It was a long, hard journey but we're thankful to Anthony for making it so much easier for us to secure the financing, so that we can move into our new home. We would forever be grateful to him especially when we sip on a glass of wine in our beautiful yard. Thanks again Anthony!
