Anthony is great at details. He was our property manager for this property and he kept all in order. When it came time to sell the property, he really wanted to make sure that the property showed well. There were plenty of upgrades that he encouraged and all made sense. In many ways, he pushed us to do over the de minimus and upgrade, which really worked out in the backend. Anthony takes listings in as a personal project and not a “part time” project. He is thorough and thoughtful and he works hard for the money. I would totally recommend him for another listing
