Ashley is a veteran of the United States Air Force and spent her career in the military working as a financial analyst and contracting specialist. Ashley’s time spent in the military cemented her strong values of integrity, loyalty, and dependability as well as her commitment to serve others. She is a resolute, results-driven performer with a strong background in acquisitions and contracting. Her experience managing, negotiating, and executing millions of dollars easily transitioned her into the competitive world of real estate.
Ashley is originally from Columbus, Ohio and currently resides in the South Bay of Los Angeles with her husband and partner, Jonathan Schultz, three cats and two dogs. She has lived in the Los Angeles area since 2010 and has extensive knowledge of many areas of Los Angeles with a focus on the Westside and South Bay. She is an active member of the community and in her free time, Ashley enjoys reading, SPX Pilates, hiking, riding her peloton, stand-up paddle boarding, Ohio State football and travel. Ashley spends her free time giving back to the community through her volunteer work as a committee chair and member of Sandpipers, a South Bay based philanthropic organization serving the community since 1931. A true animal lover, she has four rescue animals of her own.
