My husband and I had a wonderful home buying experience while working with Ashley & Jon! We are new to the South Bay area and Ashley & Jon were instrumental in helping us navigate these unfamiliar areas until we found our dream home in Torrance.

The competition for purchasing a home in the LA area felt overwhelming; however, Ashley and Jon remained friendly, confident, and super hopeful despite the challenges presented in today's market (early 2022). They also went above and beyond in sending out letters to surrounding homeowners once we narrowed down the neighborhood we wanted to purchase. Communication was top notch, if not the best I have seen, as we always received a response in a short timeframe.

Ashley Novak and Jonathan Schultz did a great job selling our home in Redondo Beach and we couldn’t recommend them more! The real estate market is absolutely insane in Los Angeles and they were able to negotiate added time in the property after closing at no cost when our house went into escrow in 5 days along with a record price in the neighborhood. They were responsive, diligent and hardworking and stayed on top of the transaction every step of the way. We will refer them to all of our family and friends!

Ashley and Jonathan are truly the best. As a first-time home buyer, I had no clue what I was doing. They walked me through every step and were always available to answer any questions I had. They also had a very similar work ethic and approach as me, get things done! They stayed on top of everything and would follow up immediately if things weren’t moving forward in me purchasing the home I wanted. Plus, you get two agents instead of one, what’s not to love? What an amazing team! They worked so hard finding us places, keeping our must haves in mind while also making sure we had realistic expectations and options. Ashley was there every step of the way. When we ended up in a multiple offer situation, she contacted the seller’s agent directly and was persistent. If she didn’t know the answer to something, she would immediate find out who to ask and get the information we needed. She was on top of the loan agent, sellers agent and escrow. 100% recommend this team, you’ll be in great hands.

It was great working with Ashley and Jonathan! Ashley was very patient while showing me properties; she answered all my questions and was very reassuring throughout the escrow process. Jonathan is very thorough and helped me navigate the inspection phase during escrow. This husband and wife team are dynamic and very active throughout the whole process. Being a Marine Corps veteran, I felt I was able to trust in Ashley as she is a veteran as well. She is very knowledgeable about the VA loan process. They are incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the real estate business. They both are excellent agents but bring unique expertise and perspective to the table, which makes them a power team (but you pay one commission ;) They have great resources to make your property look incredible in the listing and a network of professionals that you’ll need along the process of selling and especially buying a place. We recommend Ashley Novak and Jonathan Schulz as superb realtors, without reservation. Ashley and Jonathan handled the sale of our former home in Westlake Village, CA. From the moment we met them, we were impressed and excited by their youthful energy and desire to work with us. Once we signed the agreement, there was no doubt about their commitment. The home ultimately sold for top dollar for our development. They maintained their high energy for the entire period of the listing and through a challenging closing.
Ashley and Jon were highly strategic in their approach to the sale of our home. They clearly understood and appreciated our efforts to improve the property, focusing on a more Modern style. They gently, but enthusiastically demonstrated to us their strategic approach to their home listings which involved a combination of up-to-date resources for marketing our home in the community (and more broadly) AND a personal commitment to work as hard for us as they could.
Throughout our listing contract, Ashley and Jon graciously hosted weekly open house showings, sharing the property with over 200 prospective buyers. Each contact was followed up in a timely manner. They also handled individual showings with aplomb. Ultimately, we had two complex, concurrent offers. My husband and I decided it was time to downsize last year. After living in our home for 32 years, we knew what we were looking for, but according to two other real estate agents there was nothing available to fit our specifications. Both kept directing us toward condos we made clear we were not interested in. We decided to try another agent, Ashley Novak. It was clear from the start that Ashley was a different kind of agent. She listened intently to our wishes, took notes and said she would get back to us. Within two days she got back to us and said she had found what she felt would interest us. She said the construction was not complete, but if we wanted to see it she could make arrangements. We went to see it that week and knew immediately it was what we were looking for. To make a long story short, we bought it and Ashley was there every step of the way guiding us through the process and keeping us updated on paperwork This is the sixth home we have purchased and I must say Ashley by far exceeds the other agents with which we have worked.

Ashley was my agent (buyer-side) for my first condo purchase in 2017. My search parameters and location parameters were pretty tight but Ashley was wonderful in finding various options. She was patient, thoughtful, and thorough when presenting a potential place. She took into consideration my likes and dislikes very well and incorporated them through the search process.

When we found the place, she was very active. She was able to discuss the situation with the seller’s agent and helped us get the apartment in a multiple offer situation. During the closing process, she helped a lot. She organized everything and walked me through the paperwork diligently. She made the whole process much smoother.

Ashley was a great agent. She took a lot of care to ensure I got what I wanted. She made the process seem less transactional. I would recommend Ashley Novak as an agent.

Ashley was referred to me by a colleague of mine a few years ago, and although I wasn't ready to sell at that time, I was able to refer Ashley to multiple friends of mine who she assisted with everything from finding rental properties, to buying, and selling their houses. Ashley has always been so honest, friendly, and willing to help anyone, even with small things such as researching the neighborhood or helping my best friend find a place for rent, just in time for her kids to start school. Ashley always kept in touch with me, and made me feel like part of the family. So it was no surprise that when it came time for me to sell my house that I went with her, and her fiance Jon.

A few points I'd like to highlight here that you should consider if you're listing your house:
1. Ashley and Jon made listing our home a piece of cake.
2. They got me over the asking price!!
3. It was only on the market for a week! (Which doesn't surprise me considering my relationship with her, I can only imagine she makes all her clients feel like VIPs.)
4. Super detail oriented, patient, and punctual.
5. Constant communication, we were in the loop EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.
6. They listen to your wants, and needs and get you what you want.

There are some people out there that will make selling or buying your house feel like only a business transaction. But with Ashley and Jon you can genuinely feel that they care in EVERY SINGLE interaction. They always greet you with a smile, they are professional to the core, and always on time, I never waited for anything or felt like I was on a long list of other clients. And they went above and beyond getting us more than we could've anticipated. Thank you Ashley and Jon for being a part of our journey!

My sister and I have used Ashley for 2 moves and our experience with her has always been amazing. She gives you access to rental properties that only are on MLS and it's completely free to you! She is helpful, responsive and really explains all you need to know in regards to rental properties. Working with Ashley Novak at Rodeo Realty Fine Estates exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with any of the terminology or the best process to go about this. Right away Ashley was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down and help determine what would be a good fit. She even recommended a lending agent in the area, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated.

Ashley went as far as meeting me late in the evening to provide me with the opportunity to view our home and put together an offer letter. This is all within a couple of days after our first meeting, I must add. She was very helpful in explaining the entire process which really relieved my stress level tremendously. Doing all on a very daunting timeframe due to relocating for a job and finding the best school for my children. Her up to the challenge attitude made this difficult transition very easy for my family. We are truly thankful to have stumbled upon this gem!
