When we recently made the difficult decision to move from Castle Pines Village, CO, to be with family, we immediately knew which Realtor we wanted to represent us again, Audrey Will from LIV Sotheby's International Realty. Audrey was just incredible when we purchased our home only two years ago…without her assistance, we feel we wouldn’t have acquired our amazing home.

Audrey immediately went to work on a plan to list our home and hired a professional photographer for photos, videos, and exterior drone shots. Audrey rolls up her sleeves and makes things happen. Within two weeks, our home had 18 showings! Now for the icing, not only did she list our home, but she also found the buyer, and we were under contract in 12 days.

Many times, getting a home under contract is the easy part, and bringing it to a successful close is always challenging and stressful. This is also where Audrey excels. Using her words “She wants to make it right for her client!”

Over the last 30 years, I have purchased primary homes, vacation homes, and investment properties, and have worked with literally dozens of realtors. I can say, without doubt, Audrey is the best. She helped us when we purchased a home in Castle Pines in 2014 (moving from California), and she helped us sell the same home in 2020 (moved to the mountains!). She provided wonderful counsel throughout the process, was diligent about follow-up, and ensured that we got great deals on both ends. If she represents you, you will have someone working for you day-and-night, advocating on your behalf, and generally making everything as easy as possible. Again, could not recommend her more, simply the best!

We knew that we had a daunting task ahead of us – finding the perfect home in Castle Pines Village in a red-hot real estate market. Thankfully, we had Audrey Will by our side every step of the way.

As “out-of-town buyers,” we relied on Audrey to schedule numerous showings on a tight timeline as our travels to the Denver area were infrequent and brief. She cheerfully arranged the tours and provided invaluable information to help us make our decision. Audrey even arranged several virtual tours, allowing us to tour potential homes from our living room.
