Barbara Demetz is a highly experienced realtor specializing in the luxury home market as well as serving our wonderful relocation and investor clients. Certified by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (the premier independent authority in training and designation for real estate agents working in the luxury residential market) as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Barbara offers our clients the experience, finesse, and expertise necessary for selling and/or purchasing high-end luxury properties. Fluent in German, Italian, and English, Barbara grew up in northern Italy and received her bachelor’s degree in graphic design and communications at the University of Munich. Barbara has called the Treasure Valley home for the past twenty years. She received her real estate license in 2009, and has since successfully guided hundreds of clients through the home buying and selling process. In her free time, Barbara is an avid skier and travel enthusiast. Barbara's warm and caring, yet highly efficient manner sets her apart.
