Let me tell you why my family and I call Becky Sigler The Real Estate Agent Extraordinaire! We actually interviewed two real estate agents. The first made us feel like our home was “less than” and that we’d be lucky to sell it. Becky made us feel like it was a palace, a home others could see the beauty in, and she suggested we list it for about 50k more than the other person. Now, even we were skeptical at first, but she brought comps on paper and just the idea that she loved our home made us feel like she could help prospective buyers see what there was to love in it too! She was amazingly professional…always on time, always polite, always in our corner! She has amazing staging advice, and we took all of it as gospel. I’m so glad we did because in 3 days we had 36 showings and multiple offers! Becky is an awesome agent. She helped us close in the house that I wanted and stuck with us for months in the days leading up to our closing date.
