Ben Fulcher

As a fifth-generation Idahoan, Ben has always had the privilege of calling the Treasure Valley “home”. As a result, he has developed a deep appreciation and understanding of our market. Ben has worked as a commercial real estate broker since earning a Bachelor’s degree General Business from Boise State University in 2016.

Ben’s objective is to be your trusted guide through the transaction or leasing process. Superior service is his focus – providing frequent updates, prompt responses, and authentic counsel. During his time in the industry, he has developed a breadth of experience in sales, acquisitions, and leasing, and is surrounded by an excellent team of real estate professionals who continue to guide me toward his goals.

In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and watching the Broncos win (or lose).
