Before meeting Ms. Bhuvana Nair, we had given up on buying the property due to many reasons. Bhuvana was a star realtor. Right from the first step when we got to know her, she was very compassionate, honest, personable, extremely knowledgeable and always willing to work for our needs. She did not leave any stone unturned to make the home buying process a joyous experience with minimal stress. Since we are out of town, we needed someone to execute things locally. She was always and continues to be available when we needed help with anything related to the property. She educated us on the home buying process very well. We are very happy that we got new friend in Chicago. We expect her to reach even great heights in her profession. We will be recommending her strongly to our friends in the future.

Bhuvana is a very professional and top notch realtor. She guided us through our house search and helped us on closing on a beautiful home. We were relocating from Michigan to Chiacgo area and that made our search even more difficult. Bhuvana was very responsive to our needs and was available during the times we could travel from Michigan to Chicago area. She educated us with different neighborhoods and helped us finalize on a home. She also negotiated a great deal for us and guided us through the entire closing process. She has all the great qualities that you look for in a realtor - very professional, knows in and out of the property/neighborhood/market etc., she is a go-getter. We had to get the painting and carpeting done. She got us the best guys within a matter of minutes, not days. I first met Bhuvana Nair when I was working at Walgreens as cashier. It was 9:59 p.m when she rushed into my store, and turned out to be an angel in my life. I saw her B&W badge, and I asked, "are you a realtor"? She replied yes, and I told her that my husband and I are looking for our first home. We explained that our budget is slim, and she simply told us to have faith in God; and that everything is possible. She took good note of our exact requirements, such as a good school district and proximity to the Fox Valley area. It only took us 2 showings to find our home of choice, and we are more than satisified.

Bhuvana also went above and beyond in the helping us understand the loan process. My husband and I were completely new to the process, and she made herself available to us at all times, and answered all of our questions. Bhuvana is definetly someone who will go to bat for you, and help you find the right home. Thank you for all your support!

Bhuvana was not just a realtor but a partner throughout our home buying process. In this crazy covid market, she proved that price is only one of the factors and the personal connect with the Seller's side is equally important. Even though our bid was not the highest, she was able to get the house for us by building a strong connection.

She goes far beyond and provides recommendations for all the contacts involved during and after the home buying process; this includes the Attorney, Lender, Insurance, Contractors and even Movers.

During the home search, she understood our tastes very early and tailored the showings accordingly and provided all necessary details for us to make decisions. Even when we requested showings for houses that she knew we were not going to put an offer, she was happy to arrange and showed us around.

It was wonderful working with her and we'll recommend her for anyone looking to partner with a realtor for buying or selling a property.

Bhuvana has helped me in buying two investment properties, one in Naperville, IL and another in Aurora, IL. She is very knowledgeable and have strong interpersonal communication skills which enabled me to negotiate with the sellers.
