Bob Khalsa is a Real Estate Broker specializing in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. He applies modern day technology to enable the office and agents to maximize service to clients and customers. The office provides a full suite of real estate service which includes, sales, leasing, and property management of commercial and residential properties, including special purpose use such as, schools, churches, hotels, sports complexes, etc., business opportunities and consultancy services. Investment properties are his specialty. Bob, who is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) can provide you with effective advice for determining the kind of investment property that matches your present and future forecast income stream. He also works with non-profit entities who have specialized needs and financing.

Bob has served as the President of Santa Clarita Division of Southland Regional Association of Realtors in 2013 and again in 2015, has been a Council Member of The SCV Division since 2009 and has also been a Board Member of Southland Regional Association of Realtors from 2013 onward till date. He is also a current Board member of California Association of Realtors (CAR) and is presently the Commercial Issues Chair for 2019. Earlier, he has been at CAR the Commercial Issues Chair in 2016, Vice Chair of Commercial Forum in 2017 and Chair of Commercial Forum in 2018; he has also served on their Taxation & Government Finance, Investment Housing, Professional Standards, Legislative and Investment Advisory Committees.

Ethical standards are displayed by all the agents and our testimonials back this strongly. In this respect, Bob is an Ethica Advocate and Ombudsman for SRAR and an Ombudsman for CAR. Bob is also a Certified Mediator.
Bob’s previous life experience has been varied. Prior to a full-time real estate career, he was an Air Force pilot and took retirement as a Colonel to fly commercially. His last flying assignment was with United Airlines. His educational background includes a MS, MBA, Diploma in Computer Programming and Diploma in Automobile Engineering. In addition, he held a California preliminary teaching credential in Physics and has taught Science and Math for three years at Monroe High School.

Bob encourages using one’s life experiences in empathizing with colleagues and clients to better understand their needs and help them in realizing their real estate goals. Every real estate transaction in the office is approached with an understanding as to how an agent would undertake it if he/she were buying, selling or renting out the property for themselves.
