Breeyan Edwards is a professional, yet caring Real Estate Agent. She guided us through the sale of our home by helping us with what we needed to do and not do to prepare the home for sale, with negotiations, with ways to save on taxes, and with necessary paperwork. We recently had the pleasure of working with Breeyan for a purchase in Estes Park. She worked diligently every step of the way to earn our trust and get us the best possible outcome for our acquisition.

Not only did Breeyan have to work with a very demanding client (me) but she also had to deal with a Seller/Agent who was not as easy to work with as one would have hoped. Breeyan demonstrated a poise and professionalism throughout the process that we rarely see in today’s business world, which was truly appreciated.

Whenever we had a question about anything even remotely related to the transaction, Breeyan was on top of it. She would respond quickly and thoughtfully to calls, emails, texts, etc., but was never pressuring us or over-communicating. She really went the extra mile when it came to things like an extra showing, helping resolve the inspection punch-list, reviewing closing documents, and more.

While we rarely recommend people, we would not hesitate for a second to recommend Breeyan to anyone considering a real estate transaction in Estes Park or nearby. We hope to have the opportunity to work with her again.

We purchased a new home a few weeks ago as first time homebuyers, we were so lucky to reach out to Breeyan Edwards with First Colorado Realty. We are so thankful that she stuck with us through our entire process as she was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, very proactive, and so much more. Personally, we really appreciated these qualities being first time home buyers, since we honestly had no idea what we were doing.

Breeyan was always enthusiastic to visit new homes for sale with little notice on our end. She always scheduled a tour that day or the next day, this was beyond helpful with a competitive house market in our location. She always showed up just as excited as we were to look at the newly listed homes. Visiting multiple homes and not getting under contract many times was very frustrating but Breeyan always kept us positive and enthusiastic that we would find a home.

Breeyan never failed to listen to what we were looking for in a home. She asked what we liked and did not like in the home so we could find the perfect one. She made sure that the houses we looked at met our needs before we drove out to them. With the different types of units (sewage, water, and etc.) in the homes Breeyan was full of knowledge to let us know the differences and some pros/cons of it. Being first time homebuyers, we always had a ton of questions and Breeyan was always on top of getting back to us very quickly with answer and always made sure we knew what was happening throughout the process. She was always willing to schedule our inspections and etc. in a very quick manner. Breeyan went above and beyond to help us through this process.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the near future, we highly recommend contacting Breeyan she will help you find the perfect home and be just as excited about it as you are! She is great at what she does, and we could not thank her enough for getting us into our first home!

I do not live in Estes Park but while visiting last year I was interested in purchasing property in Estes Park. I was introduced to Breeyan when inquiring about a condo for sale at Black Canyon. I met Breeyan for the first time when she showed me the property. After she showed me the property, I emailed Breeyan with questions. She responded quickly with answers to my questions and provided documents to help educate me to make sure I had all the facts required to make an informed decision. She was always very responsive to my questions and concerns. As an out of town buyer she was invaluable in being my representative during the purchasing process and was there to represent my interests.

At no time while working with Breeyan did I feel pressure. Her main objective was for me to make an informed decision with the best available information. I could not be happier with my purchase and am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Breeyan.

Breeyan Edwards was fantastic to work with and would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. During these interesting time Breeyan helped my wife and I find our dream home here in Estes Park.
