Caitlin Coder began her real estate career at Hastings Cohn Real Estate, where she learned all facets of the commercial real estate industry. She has brokered transactions of industrial properties, retail plazas, multi-family, and mixed-use investment properties.

A graduate of the University at Buffalo and Western New York native, Caitlin has an intimate knowledge of the Buffalo landscape. She brings a personalized and client-centric approach to real estate, and takes great care to understand each client’s specific needs.

Caitlin especially enjoys working with small businesses and nonprofits to identify location opportunities. She’s interested in sustainable development, infill projects, and adaptive reuse.

She lives on the West Side.
