I cannot speak more highly of Caitlyn and Adventure Realty! This past March my husband and I closed on our dream home, and it was all possible because of Caitlyn. My husband and I knew we were financially and mentally ready to begin the search for our home, but we were so nervous due to the fact that neither of us had ever purchased a home. Looking through a list of local realtors Caitlyn’s reviews instantly stood out and we knew we needed to contact her. We knew we had selected the best when she took our call well past business hours and was willing to meet with us for formal introduction the next day. Caitlyn made buying a new home incredibly painless! She listened to our needs and made sure we fully understood the process before jumping in. She made sure we stayed within our budget without sacrificing our homeowner visions. She truly makes you a priority and is available at any time. Throughout the entire process she was very patient with us and advocated for us in ways I never would have thought of. She was even able to negotiate a new fridge and a full set out blinds for our home. She was present for all of the appointments, even the ones where she wasn’t expected to be. Never did I imagine I would be sitting in a new build beautiful home, especially in today’s market. If you are looking for a realtor who will go to bat for you and never let you settle with anything less than you deserve, you don’t need to look any further! I had a less than stellar experience when I bought my first home. Late last year, my life situation changed significantly and I suddenly needed to sell my first home and buy another. To say that I was stressed is an understatement. I called Caitlyn, and I got a good vibe from her right away. She had detailed answers to my questions and asked her own questions so we were on the same page about my situation and my timeline. I was optimistic, but still cautious since my first realtor experience had not been great.

The next three months after we listed my home for sale were a whirlwind. Caitlyn developed a smart strategy for my home sale as well as my home buy. We had a few rocky moments in the process, and were finding ourselves up against the clock. Caitlyn kept a cool head throughout the process and I came to trust her judgement and her optimism as we went along. We talked almost every day, and she was always available to answer questions, offer advice, and present me with the facts so I could make the most informed decisions.

Caitlyn was able to sell my first home and get me into a new house on my timeline, with all of the amenities that I wanted, at my price point. I really could not have asked for a better realtor. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is buying for the first time or the tenth time. She is a wonderful human being and a great agent. When I'm ready to move again, she will be the first one I call.
