Candace was my godsend. I was moving from another state and had a very short window to look at properties and get an agreement while I was visiting. I was so thankful since I was not the easiest client to work with. I wanted very specific things. Candace showed me several properties and went the extra mile every time. She followed me through the whole process even through closing and after. She is still reaching out to me even after being in my house for a month just to make sure I’m fine. I really appreciated her honesty with every house we saw. Ummm..my experience?...Well for starters, Candace does not find and sell houses for people. She becomes a friend. Right out of the shoot.

(She's not your normal realtor, folks..)

You tell her, and then almost miraculously...I'm not kidding...IT BECOMES REAL!

Candace was recommended by one of my sons longtime friends. Our first meeting I told her it had been 45 yrs since I had bought a house and never sold one. She was prepared in that, a market search was done so she was confident of the value of my moms house. She explained the marketing strategy they would employ and the following paper work. The first weekend it was listed, I received two good offers; one offer was above listing price and had some caveats that were unfamiliar to me. Candace explained them thoroughly. Candace was absolutely incredible to work with, especially as first time home buyers. She met with my husband and I at the beginning and helped walk us through the home buying process. She gave us a contact to reach out to for pre-approval, which ended up being the person we got our loan through. She also gave us a list of recommended home inspectors when we did find a house and the inspector was another great recommendation. Candace was always ready to answer our questions or find the answer for us. She has a great sense of humor and truly cares for her clients.
