Carmela is absolutely amazing! She helped me from start to finish in listing my home, all the steps in between, to the final sale. Being a first time seller I was stressed and nervous, but she was alongside me every step of the way and helped ease my fears! She was always one step ahead and made sure all the details were covered. Her communication is top notch. I was kept up-to-date daily. She had my best interest in mind and helped me sell on my terms. In one day I closed on selling my home and hours later I was under contract to buy another. She is walking me through that process as well! She is efficient and detail oriented and will work with you wether you are buying or selling (or both!) I highly recommend Carmela!

I have known Anna for many years. She is in the camp of my most trusted friends. I would trust her in Any situation. She is also funny, compassionate and endearing. She is patient and especially good at her business as as a real estate agent, and talks about it with great enjoyment. She enjoys working with all kinds of people. Her tenacity in preparing for the operation of her job was amazing see. I often think of Anna when I am needing encouragement in my life regarding perseverance, understanding myself and lifechanges, and showing kindness in all situations no matter how pressing, onerous, or inconvenient. All I have to do is think of her and how she lives her life - and with such cheerfulness and levelheadedness - and I have peace and strength again for my latest endeavors!

She is very genuine and you can tell she likes to work in the best interest of her clients. Even when emotions would come into play she was able to mediate without judgment. Carmela Anna Everett is a model of professionalism and a joy to be around! She was patient with us, allowed us to work at our own pace, and made the house buying experience far less stressful than it could have been. She was terrific at making sure that we were aware of any houses on the market that met our criteria. When we needed time to decompress and take a break, she respected our wishes and kept in touch when new opportunities popped up. When we found the ideal home we were looking for, she helped us check all of the necessary boxes and make sure we asked the right questions. She also set us up with an independent property inspector, and in general made life exponentially easier.

I highly recommend Carmela to anyone looking to buy a home in Colorado. She will work extremely hard to make your home buying experience exceptional.

Anna stuck it out with us through thick and thin! We started looking for a house back in 2018 with her and it was great! She understood what we were looking for and found us great places to live in Fort Collins. We did get discouraged because of how competitive the market was, so we stopped looking. She took that well and continued to keep in touch with us.

Then we started looking in 2021 and we went back to Anna to help us with our house finding adventure again! She was still gracious and understanding with our needs. This time we found a place we loved and she helped us secure it quickly!! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home!

A couple of years ago I was in a position to need to find a home relatively quickly. I knew it would not be easy. We have several dogs and three teenagers. There was a lot of criteria. Anna set us up with the criteria of what we needed online and we began getting several listings, all good possibilities. She asked us to choose a few and she set up a day to go look at the best options. I think we looked at 6 properties. We chose one, made an offer and she did a great job negotiating for us and seeing the entire purchase through from beginning to end. I would highly recommend her.
