Carol Strickland brings years of experience to her work as a REALTOR®, serving buyers and sellers throughout the greater Austin area. After helping so many achieve their real estate goals, Carol is happy to call many of her past clients as personal friends and welcomes opportunities to take care of their referrals, friends, and family members. As one of Carol’s clients, you will also benefit from her partnership with her son, Mark, a real estate professional with over 30 years of tech-specific sales and marketing experience. Carol holds a Broker’s license and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNE). Prior to entering the industry, she worked as a teacher and volunteered with nonprofits including the Junior League of Austin, the Symphony Guild, and others Encouraged by colleagues to leverage her knowledge and customer care skills to build a career in real estate, she took the leap and has not looked back since.

Today, she enjoys helping people turn dreams into reality and acting as a resource to fellow agents and up-and-coming professionals. Carol has earned several Top Agent awards within her company, as well as Texas Monthly’s Top Agent award and the Austin Business Journal’s Top 500 Realtors award. Carol hails from a hard-working, loving West Texas family. She earned her teaching degree from the University of Texas where she was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. A constant learner, Carol continues to take classes at UT through the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, OLLI. When she is not working, she loves cheering her grandkids on in all their sports. She also enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and hosting family gatherings along with her husband at their ranch in Comanche County.
