Cathy Smith

Cathy has been selling real estate for over 10 years and has 13 years of corporate administration/management experience. In addition, you can rely on her 7 years of financial banking and real estate loan processing experience to assist you with your real estate needs. She has a passion for community building and has served on various community organization boards in the treasure valley, including the Gem County Planning and Zoning Commission; Treasure Valley American Red Cross Disaster Board; Gem County Economic Development Association; Citizens for a Safe Highway 16 and Project Starfish, Inc. ( a non-profit fulfilling America's Five Promises for youth in Emmett and Gem County.) She is a collaborator, working with property owners, municipalities, authorities, and other community entities to retain Idaho's sense of community, while embracing change. Cathy currently serves on the Envision Committee for the Mayor of the city of Kuna, Idaho.
