Among his most notable recent accomplishments was structuring and completing a nearly 200,000-square-foot headquarters transaction for one of California’s largest grocery store operators, as well as facilitating several high-profile redevelopment projects across major metropolitan markets.

His transaction portfolio includes the sale of a property within the transformational Lincoln Heights redevelopment corridor along the Los Angeles River, as well as advisory roles in the redevelopment of over two acres at the prominent Kierland Center in Scottsdale and the repositioning of a landmark corner within San Diego’s historic Gaslamp District for a flagship restaurant concept.

Gonzalez has also played a key role in the expansion strategy of a national restaurant group, securing more than 85,000 square feet of premier restaurant locations across major California markets including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Downtown Los Angeles, San Diego, Ontario Mills, Camarillo, Pico Rivera, Moreno Valley, Fresno, and Bakersfield.

Currently, Gonzalez is actively involved in the marketing and leasing of more than 165,000 square feet of commercial space across Southern California, while overseeing a portfolio of office assets exceeding 75,000 square feet under management and advisory.

Prior to joining Equity Union Commercial, Gonzalez held leadership roles at KW Commercial, where he served as Director of Investments, Team Mentor, and Board Member, contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the firm’s commercial division.
