I recently worked with Chad Nixon on a purchase transaction that he was the listing agent on. Frequently as a Mortgage Broker I struggle to get a hold of listing agents to help me work through a transaction. Not Chad. He was incredible to work with. Loved it. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
