Chris Bald is an Associate at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate focused on the representation of tenants and landlords in leasing and sales in the Greater Los Angeles area. Spending 12+ years in the Commerical Real Estate world, Mr. Bald has the expertise: from business development with a General Contractor, Sales of Commerical grade furniture to Fortune 500 companies and more recently a Broker on the Eastside of LA working with Technology, Fashion and Media clientele. He learned his craft while at UCLA obtaining his BA in Business Economics and Accounting. As a native, Chris is always looking to make connections, obtain knowledge and gain a better understanding of the city. During his career as a broker, he has transacted sales and leases valued at over 150 million dollars.
