About Chris

Chris was born and raised in Buffalo, New York where he has been an Investment Real Estate Broker since 1987. He started assisting investors with the purchase of investment real estate when he was 19 years old. Since 1987 some of his accomplishments have been serving as the Executive Vice President of the National Apartment Owners Association, 1997 inductee of the "Exchangers Hall of fame", New York State Commercial Association of Realtors, he has been consistently recognized for winning "Largest Sales Award" which consist of Multi-million Dollar properties in the upstate New York chapter of NYSCAR for five of the past eight years, he has been a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors, and currently with the National Association of Realtors. He is also a Certified Exchange Advisor specializing in 1031 Exchanges.

In 2005 he obtained his Real Estate Broker’s License in the State of Florida where he continues to assist in the purchase of secondary vacation properties for many Northeastern and Midwestern based clients. He has not only focused on acquisition and disposition of investment and vacation real estate for his clients but has taken part in ownership himself as well.

His belief is through his own history of ownership he can bring real life experiences to his clients. His belief is in providing complete working knowledge of acquisition & disposition of Investment and Vacation Real Estate; his emphasis is on skill, practical knowledge, honesty and real-world experience. Chris has a passion for this business, and he looks forward to helping you take part of a historic time in Real Estate.

As of January 1st, 2021 Chris officially took the helm as principle Broker for Greco Real Estate.com, and looks forward to bringing the company to the next step.
