Born Raised in the San Fernando Valley, Chris brings more than 20 years of expertise in the Los Angeles and Orange County real estate markets, with experience in luxury residences as well as investment and commercial properties.
Chris’s career began in finance, where he managed large holdings in bonds, mortgages, and other real estate investments. This experience equipped Chris with the knowledge of fundamental investment strategies, information he draws upon when counseling his clients. Exceptionally detail-oriented, Chris takes pride in carefully reviewing the terms of every deal, and invites his clients to observe and learn from the process.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Realty, Chris successfully spearheaded real estate focused branding and marketing initiatives and was a partner in one of the top-producing Orange County brokerages. During that time, Chris also started a residential real estate appraisal business and assessed the value of hundreds of homes in the Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and Riverside counties. Understanding a home or property may be one of the largest transactions a person will make in their life, Chris takes pride in not just the final purchase or sale, but in his ability to recognize the unique financial needs of his clients and ensure each decision aligns with their specific goals and lifestyle.
In his free time, Chris is an avid athlete, sportsman, and DIY-er. He enjoys boating, swimming, motorcycle racing, renovating cars and homes, and just began to surf the beaches of Southern California. He is an active volunteer with veteran’s foundations and Habitat for Humanity.
