Chris Richardson is the President of Richardson and Strand Hill Properties, two award-winning luxury real estate brokerage firms serving the California Coastline in San Luis Obispo County and Manhattan Beach.

Both brokerages are part of the exclusive Luxury Portfolio and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World networks. Chris has received numerous industry awards and designations including: Affiliate of the Year, Luxury Agent Specialist, and member of the Master’s Circle.

For more than 20 years, Chris has had an unwavering commitment to being on the leading edge of innovation in real estate. Chris’ career in real estate began early. His grandfather, whom he calls a “real estate cowboy”, was one of the top real estate brokers in Paso Robles, and his father founded Richardson Properties in the late 80s. Chris learned the business from the ground up, working for his father doing final walkthroughs on new homes for sale and occasionally “scraping paint off windows” to make sure they were ready to go.
