After working with Christie to buy our home, there was no question who we wanted to sell it! We told her we wanted our sale to be quick and easy and boy did she deliver! Christie put together a detailed marketing plan, walked us through the process and worked with us every step of the way to ensure everything stayed on task. Christie has helped us with multiple home purchases. We have continued to come back to her because of her extensive service and knowledge of the process. She attends to every detail, even beyond what might be "in her job description" to ensure that things keep on schedule, communication is quick and ongoing, and no details are missed. She takes care of additional tasks that made the whole process much smoother and was very easy to work with.

Christie Banowetz guided us through the sale of my home of almost 34 years. Being an older home, it had its obstacles, but Christie was there to walk us through it every step of the way. She has a vast amount of knowledge when it comes to real estate and marketing a home, based on what type of buyer we decided on during conversations, at the start of the process. She has a world of contacts, when it comes to moving, cleaning, as well as professionals for roof and sewer line inspections. When we needed a structural inspection, she ended up finding someone new, when her usual contact was not available, and ended up with someone with newer technology that she had not seen before. The sale took longer than anticipated due to the nature of the market at this difficult time for real estate, but she always had a positive attitude and was always looking at different options to entice buyers, especially 1st time home buyers to jump at the chance of owning a home. I would recommend Christie to anyone looking to sell or buy a home, as she makes you feel that you are her only client, due to her attention to details.

Christie knows the Denver metro market well and was able to help us find and purchase a home for our multi-generational needs in a short timeframe. As we were located out of state and had limited time to house hunt in person in Colorado, Christie did a fabulous job of working with us remotely to translate our family’s situation into a home that meets our needs. Christie supported us even after closing, making sure that we have access to local professionals that have ensured our previously owned house is in top shape.

We are first-time home buyers which can be incredibly daunting and she made the entire process feel smooth and seamless. We met Christie through our land lord when we decided to begin the home buying process and we couldn't be happier with Christie's professionalism and responsiveness. From the very beginning of the process Christie made sure she understood our priorities in buying a home and developed an entire strategy around those needs. By having a focused strategy Christie made sure we avoided a lot of the frustrating parts of the process. We only visited the homes we were truly interested in and we had our second offer accepted, no small feat in the middle of a pandemic with very few people selling their homes. Before she became a realtor she had years of experience in the title business so she knows the home buying process front to back and knows how to write competitive offers sellers take seriously. Whenever we had questions we could get a hold of Christie and she would walk us through our concerns and made sure we understood every part of the process through closing. I can't recommend her enough, she was awesome throughout the whole process, when it eventually comes time to sell our house she'll be our first call.

When I decided to put my house on the market, I was nervous as I had never sold a property on my own in the past. Christie helped guide me through the process, all while keeping up with the ever changing
COVID-19 rules and regulations! She was extremely attentive, available, and timely in getting back to me. There were moments I felt like I was her only client!
My house was listed in September and closed in October. Working with Christie was incredible! She made me feel safe, and that to me is invaluable.

I really enjoyed working with Christie because She was easy to communicate with, walked us through everything, and went above and beyond for us. My husband and I have moved multiple times, multiple cities... we’ve never had a realtor that shows us so much attention to detail! Christie goes over and beyond for her clients!! It’s pretty amazing actually.. she is very generous and provides support in so many ways!
