He has a keen eye for which elements drive home value in the design-build process, as well as broad experience and relationships with many of LA’s designers, architects and stagers from Eastside collective to Westside luxury.

At the request of his clients, Chris has ventured as far south as Shady Canyon in Irvine and as far north as Malibu and beach communities in Oxnard.

A graduate of the US Naval Academy and former intelligence officer for an F-14 squadron and the Navy SEALS, Chris is well versed in the art of never letting emotion overpower intelligence and strategy. His calm, sense of humor and quiet mental toughness when emotions run high are hallmarks of his reputation with sophisticated clients, high profile celebrities, leading developers, global investors and colleagues alike.
