Claire is a fantastic partner for new home buyers. My fiancé and I met her via Zillow in 2019 when we were contemplating buying a home the first time. We had a few life hurdles that delayed us for another year, but Claire was ready to jump in and assist us when we were feeling the market in 2020, just after COVID hit.

Claire was extremely responsive via email and phone. She always made time when we were interested in seeing a home, meeting us with limited notice. We valued her expertise, not just in the home viewing and buying process, but also her extensive technical knowledge (for instance, architecture and reviewing major and minor home structural issues) as well as market knowledge to ensure we were looking in desirable and growing areas.

When we finally found the perfect home, she basically took us by the hand to make sure we knew exactly what to do. She helped us find an incredible broker, worked through our contract to make sure we had a fair deal, helped us with inspections etc. (literally helping people in and out of our home who needed to fix a few things, as she knew we were incredibly busy with work and the move).

What we appreciate of Claire is her continued support (even to this day, 6 months later!). On moving day, our A/C went out on a very hot and humid day. We didn’t know who to go to to help, and also didn’t have the time. We inquired from Claire if she had referrals so we could jump on it. Not only did she have them, but knowing we were busy with moving, she called, set an appt. and made sure we had a working AC by the time we were in the house. Today, she is giving guidance on lawn care, sharing her experience so we can enjoy our perfect starter home. This is just who she is. When you work with Claire, she is not just there for you while buying or selling a home. She creates a long term partnership - mentoring and advising along the way. We will definitely work with Claire for whatever comes next. Not enough words can express how much we appreciate her and recommend her!
