About Clint
Clint Sayers is an independent real estate appraiser and broker. He has been actively engaged in the real estate profession since 1972, and is experienced in the appraisal and brokerage of a wide variety of real property types. Clint serves as President of Sayers Real Estate Advisors, which he formed as Sayers & Associates, Inc. in 1977.
He has been a licensed Broker’s from the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) since 1974 and is also licensed as a State Certified General Appraiser by the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (TALCB). Sayers holds the Realtor designation from the Austin Board of Realtors and has held the MAI designation since 1982 from the Appraisal Institute. He is qualified as a real property expert witness in District, State and Federal courts.
Over the past 40 years Sayers has served on numerous professional civic boards and committees. These include the St. Andrews Episcopal School Board (5 years), the Eanes Independent School Board (12 years) and served in various capacities of the local chapters and national committees of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers and the Appraisal Institute. In 2005, Clint was appointed to the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board by Governor Rick Perry. There he served as the Board’s Chairman for two years out of his six year tenure.
